中国证监会原主席肖钢：加强金融AI算法和模型治理

中国证监会原主席肖钢12月22日在国民财富发展研究合作平台“AI+金融”峰会上表示，人工智能是一把“双刃剑”，一方面引领了新一轮科技革命和产业革命，深刻改变社会生产生活，也深刻改变了金融业的业态和模式，另一方面也产生了各种风险和挑战。从智能金融来看，肖钢认为，人工智能极大提高了金融机构识别预警和控制风险的能力，但并没有分散或消除金融风险。因此，智能金融的本质还是金融，要遵循金融的基本规律。为加强金融AI算法和模型治理，肖钢认为，应建立算法模型治理框架，其中法律法规是最顶层，同时这一框架还包括目标、组织、任务、生态。（金十）
