英国首批数字证券沙盒参与者获得初步批准

英国金融行为监管局（FCA）于 9 月底开放了数字证券沙盒（DSS）供申请，放宽了 DLT 市场基础设施的某些规则。目前宣布获得初步批准的两家实体是（预期）中央证券存管处（CSD）Montis（由 Archax 拥有）和 ClearToken，后者计划作为加密和代币化资产的中央清算所运营。ClearToken 获得了野村证券旗下 Laser Digital 和渣打银行旗下 Zodia Custody 等公司的支持。
