12月22日消息，ai16z 创始人 Shaw 发文解答关于项目架构以及各实体之间的关系：ai16z 是 去权限化 DAO，拥有代币 ai16z 和 degenai；ElizaOS 是开源 AI 代理框架；Eliza Labs 负责开发 elizaOS。Shaw 还强调，DAO 是去权限化的，采用公平启动模式，没有任何实体介入，也没有团队分配、风投或其他类似的安排。此外，ELIZA token 由独立团队开发，获得支持但并非官方产品。
