International Criminal Police Organisation wants Hex founder Richard Heart for tax evasion and violence

The International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol) has issued a "red notice" on behalf of Finland to its member states for Hex and PulseChain founder Richard James Schueler, commonly known as Richard Heart by cryptocurrency investors.
A red notice is a formal warning to member states of the International Criminal Police Organisation that a valid national arrest warrant has been issued for an individual. It usually triggers extradition proceedings if the wanted person is detained in another country. In this case, Finland issued an arrest warrant for Schueler on charges of tax evasion of "hundreds of millions of euros" and alleged assault on a 16-year-old, according to the website of the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation, a law enforcement agency of the European Union.
"Schueler failed for years to file corporate tax returns and failed to fill in income information on pre-filled individual tax returns... tax evasion totalling hundreds of millions of euros," the website said. It also described allegations of assault by Schueler, who allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old girl.
