首例智能合约黑客攻击案件宣判，嫌疑人窃取超1200万美元资产被判3年监禁

4月12日消息，据美国司法部官方网站消息，纽约南区美国检察官 Damian Williams 宣布，SHAKEEB AHMED 被美国地区法官 Victor Marrero 正式判处三年监禁，罪名是入侵两个独立的去中心化加密货币交易所并窃取价值超过 1200 万美元的加密货币。AHMED 此前承认犯有计算机欺诈罪。Damian Williams 表示，“这是有史以来首次因智能合约黑客攻击而定罪，并被勒令没收所有被盗加密货币的案例。正如今天的判决所表明的那样，入狱并没收所有被盗的加密货币是这种破坏性黑客行为不可避免的后果。”
