澳大利亚加密资管公司DigitalX宣布通过私募认购和向现有股东发行配股拟募资约1500万美元，此外DigitalX还表示将在2025年从Mt.Gox赔付分配中获得约41枚BTC，按照当前市场价格计算价值约合700万美元。
