4月12日讯，纳入证监会2024年度立法工作计划的规章项目共有14件，包括“力争年内出台的重点项目”9件以及“需要抓紧研究、择机出台的项目”5件，立法的重心是加强资本市场重点领域监管，维护市场平稳健康发展，切实保护广大中小投资者合法权益。
