On December 13th, Zeus Network, the Solana ecosystem cross-chain communication protocol, tweeted that it has successfully verified the first bitcoin transaction on Solana using the collaboration of infrastructure such as ZeusNode Operator, ZeusNode Guardian, and ZPL. In the future, Zeus Network will integrate other UTXO-based assets and will open-source ZPL in Quarter 1 in 2025.
