今年2万亿置换隐债的专项债已全部披露 6省拟发行额超千万

12月12日讯，北京市在中国债券信息网披露的文件显示，其拟发行47亿元再融资专项债券置换存量隐性债务，其中3年期、7年期、10年期再融资专项债券发行规模分别为8亿元、27.25亿元、11.75亿元。值得一提的是，11月12日至今，全国各地区披露拟发行或已发行用于置换存量隐性债务的再融资专项债券总额已达2万亿元。这意味着，今年各地用于地方政府置换存量隐债的再融资专项债券已全部披露完毕。
