4月12日讯，证监会就《证券市场程序化交易管理规定（试行）（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见。一是明确高频交易的定义。二是明确高频交易差异化管理要求，包括要求高频交易额外报告服务器所在地、系统测试报告、故障应急方案等信息，交易所可适当提高高频交易收费标准，从严管理高频交易投资者的异常交易行为等。
