流动性协议 Spark 宣布其通过 Spark 流动性层（Spark Liquidity Layer）向 Base 部署了 1 亿美元的稳定币流动性。此部署还激活了 Base 上的储蓄（Savings）功能，Base 用户可以在其中提供稳定币。这是 Spark 对 Base 进行流动性注入的第一阶段，第二阶段将使用相同的基础设施直接向 Base 的 DeFi 协议注入流动性。
