证监会张望军：内外资均纳入交易报告制度 执行同样的交易监控标准

4月12日讯，4月12日，中国证监会举行线下新闻发布会，证监会市场监管一司司长张望军表示，《证券市场程序化交易管理规定（试行）》坚持“内外资一致的原则”，对北向程序化交易监管作出安排，一是内外资均纳入交易报告制度；二是内外资执行同样的交易监控标准。
