此前消息，Balancer 于今年 7 月发布了 Balancer v3 代码库，当时显示的新功能包括重新设计的金库，利用 EIP-1153 的临时会计系统，Re-entrant 池 lifecycle hooks，对收益生息代币的原生支持等。
