12月8日讯，当地时间8日下午，叙利亚中央银行行长伊萨姆·哈兹马对外界表示，当天上午叙利亚央行遭到有计划的盗窃。他表示央行的钱是叙利亚的钱，不属于任何人。他表示，央行的安全目前由叙反对派武装部队负责，目前央行大楼和资金已经恢复安全状态。
