12月7日讯，今天（12月7日）下午，韩国国会举行全体会议进行表决，韩国总统尹锡悦夫人所涉案件特检法未获通过。表决以不记名投票方式进行，采取现场纸质投票随后清点的方式得出表决结果。这场投票进行后，韩国执政党国民力量党部分议员退场，以抵制接下来的尹锡悦弹劾案表决。
