国内首个“保险+期货”行业自律规则出炉

12月7日讯，中国期货业协会12月7日对外正式发布《期货公司“保险+期货”业务规则（试行）》。该规则是“保险+期货”业务领域的首份行业自律规范性文件。从内容看，规则围绕强监管、防风险、促高质量发展的主线，坚持问题导向，明确了期货公司“保险+期货”业务的各类禁止行为。规则还明确了业务的自律检查机制，对期货经营机构的违规行为，提出了具体处理措施。
