• Sky 储蓄利率（SSR）将增加至 12.5%，Dai 储蓄利率（DSR）将增加至 11.5%。
- 稳定费参数更新
• ETH 稳定费将增加：ETH-A 增加至 12.75%，ETH-B 增加至 13.25%，ETH-C 增加至 12.5%。
• WSTETH 稳定费将增加：WSTETH-A 增加至 13.75%，WSTETH-B 增加至 13.5%。
• WBTC 稳定费将增加：WBTC-A 增加至 16.25%，WBTC-B 增加至 16.75%，WBTC-C 增加至 16%。
