The address withdrew 87,084 ETH ($13.42 million) from Bitfinex 2019/1/5, when the ETH price was only $154. The address deposited 600 ETH into Tornado Cash 2020/12/6. The ETH from this address transferred to Bitfinex at an average price of $3,338, an increase of 21.6 times compared to his proposed price.
