According to The Block data, the Base network reached a record high of 8.80 million transactions per day. Base's total locked-in value (TVL) was $3.60 billion, and net inflows over the past seven days were $227 million, exceeding Solana's $71 million for the same period. On November 28, Base network fees reached a three-month high of $766,000.
