美国抵押贷款利率连续第二周下降。房地美周四称，美国30年期固定利率抵押贷款的平均水平为6.69%，为10月24日以来最低水平，较上周的6.81%进一步回落。 然而，借贷成本仍然远高于9月水平，距离真正的压力缓解可能还很遥远。房地产公司Redfin预计30年期抵押贷款利率将在2025年全年保持在相当接近7%的水平。
