美国抵押贷款利率连续第二周下降。房地美周四在声明中称，30年期固定利率抵押贷款的平均水平为6.69%，为10月24日以来最低，低于上周的6.81%。 借贷成本仍然远高于9月水平，距离真正的压力缓解可能还很遥远。Redfin Corp. 预计30年期抵押贷款利率将在2025年全年保持在相当接近7%的水平。
