前币安高管、现任 Nomad Capital 管理合伙人的 Erick Zhang 宣布推出 ICO 平台 BuidlPad，拟供非限制地区的 KYC 合规用户使用。据悉，Eirck 在币安任职期间负责了其代币发行平台 Binance Launchpad，据悉来自美国和中国等受限地区的居民将被排除在通过该平台进行的 ICO 销售之外。
