4月11日消息，Web3 移动优先生态系统 Oyster Labs 发推称，专为 Telegram 生态系统设计的 Web3 原生智能手机 Universal Phone 第一轮预售结束。Oyster 已开始处理部分用户退款事宜，资金结算预计需 5 至 10 天，处理完毕后用户将收到一封退款确认电子邮件。用户若需更新或新增 TON 钱包地址与送货详情，无需联系其支持团队，通过购买时使用的电邮发送表单即可。
此前 4 月 8 日消息，Oyster Labs CEO Howard 在「2024 香港 Web3 嘉年华」中宣布，Universal Phone 开启预售，预售价为 99 美元，邮费 30 美元。
