BIT Mining, a New York Stock Exchange-listed bitcoin miner, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire an Ethiopian mining data center and 17,869 bitcoin mining machines for a total consideration of $14.28 million, including a cash payment of $2.265 million and the issuance of Class A common stock of $0.00005 per share (combined value of $12.015 million).
