12 月 4 日消息，据彭博社终端数据，包括 VanEck、21Shares、Canary 和 Bitwise 在内的四家机构提交的 Solana ETF 申请将于 2025 年 1 月 25 日迎来 SEC 首个审核期限。这四家机构的 19b-4 申请均在 2024 年 11 月 21 日获得 SEC 正式受理。按照审批流程，SEC 需要在受理后 45 天内做出首次决定，可能会选择批准、否决或延期。
值得注意的是，Grayscale 此前提交的 Solana 信托基金转换 ETF 申请时间较早，其首个审核期限为 2025 年 1 月 23 日。市场普遍预计，SEC 可能会采取统一处理的方式来审核这些 Solana ETF 申请。
