韩国国会投票通过解除戒严令 当局誓言要稳定市场

12月4日讯，韩国总统宣布戒严后，韩国财长崔相穆周三表示，如有必要，政府将采取一切可能的措施来稳定金融市场。崔相穆在紧急经济长官会议上表示：“我们将动用包括无限量注入流动性在内的所有可能的金融和外汇市场稳定措施。”韩元兑美元一度跌至1430，为2022年10月以来的最低水平，随后韩国国会投票通过解除戒严决议，韩元跌幅收窄一半，一度收复1420关口。财政部表示，将在当地时间上午7点（北京时间上午6点）召开另一次高级官员紧急会议。凯投宏观在一份报告中表示：“这些事件将严重削弱投资者对经济及其金融市场的信心。”
