XRP Ledger reduces base reserve from 10 XRP to 1 XRP to lower user threshold

According to Cointelegraph, XRP Ledger lowered the base reserve requirement from 10 XRP (~ $25.60) to 1 XRP (~ $2.56). At the same time, the owner reserve per account object (including NFTs, trust lines, signature lists, etc.) was also reduced from 2 XRP to 0.2 XRP. The adjustment was first disclosed by Vet, an XRP validator node operator.
