12月3日消息，比特币矿企MARA宣布其发行的2031年到期的0.00%可转换优先票据的总本金额上调至8.5亿美元（最初公布为7亿美元）。MARA还授予票据的初始购买者在自票据首次发行之日起13天内购买最多1.5亿美元票据总本金额的选择权。净收益将用于购买更多比特币和用于一般公司用途，其中可能包括营运资金、战略收购、现有资产扩张以及偿还额外债务和其他未偿债务。
