According to an S-1 filing with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), WisdomTree has filed an application with the SEC for the WisdomTree XRP Fund, an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that issues beneficial common shares to be listed on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc., under the ticker symbol "TICKER." The investment objective of the trust is to obtain exposure to the XRP price, less the fees and liabilities of the trust's operations. Bank of New York Mellon ("BNYM") acts as administrator of the trust, fund accountant, and transfer agent for the trust.
