据官方消息，纳斯达克上市比特币矿企 MARA 宣布拟发行零息可转换优先票据募资 7 亿美元，所得款项主要用于购买比特币并回购 2026 年到期的现有可转换票据。此外，MARA 预计将使用出售票据所得的高达 5000 万美元的净收益通过私下协商的交易回购其 2026 年到期的部分现有可转换票据，剩余的净收益将用于购买更多比特币和用于一般公司用途，其中可能包括营运资金、战略收购、现有资产扩张以及偿还额外债务和其他未偿债务。
