美国拟对四个东南亚国家的进口太阳能板征收至高271.2%的关税

11月30日讯，美国商务部当地时间11月29日初步裁定，提议对来自柬埔寨、马来西亚、泰国和越南的太阳能板征收21.31%至271.2%的关税。在美国安装的大多数太阳能板都是在海外制造的，大约80%的进口来自商务部调查的四个目标国家。美国商务部将于2025年4月18日做出最终裁定，美国国际贸易管理局将于6月2日做出最终裁定，最终命令预计将于6月9日下达。
