11月29日消息，据BitMEX Research报道，英国上诉法院已驳回Craig Steven Wright（CSW）对COPA（加密开放专利联盟）的上诉请求，裁定其缺乏任何实质依据。在案件中，CSW还投诉法庭采纳了@lopp（James Lopp）的证据，但@lopp并未作为证人出庭，这一说法被法院认为站不住脚。CSW试图证明自己是比特币白皮书作者中本聪的主张再次受挫。
