中国台湾强制加密货币提供商实施反洗钱登记

在当局对两家加密货币交易所因相关违规行为处以罚款后，中国台湾已推进针对加密货币业务推出新的反洗钱 (AML) 法规。11 月 27 日，金融监督委员会 (FSC)宣布，加密货币交易所即将到来的洗钱预防注册要求从之前的 2025 年 1 月 1 日截止日期推迟到 11 月 30 日。根据之前的通知，未向政府注册的虚拟资产服务提供商（VASP）可能面临两年监禁或最高 500 万新台币（155,900 美元）的罚款。
