纳斯达克上市公司Hilbert Group AB宣布已同意收购数字资产管理公司Liberty Road Capital(LRC)。据悉，此次收购为纯股权资产收购，包含盈利和预付款部分，预计全部收购交易将于2025年1月完成，Hilbert Group将获得Liberty Road的全部业务，包括所有资产管理协议、现有客户关系、所有知识产权和关键员工，目前具体收购金额暂未披露。
