On Nov. 26, Judge Ann Marie McIff Allen rejected Kristoffer Krohn's appeal of a Sept. 23 ruling allowing the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) to sue Green United LLC, saying Crohn failed to provide reasons for his appeal.
The judge wrote: "The court declined to grant leave to appeal in this case because Mr. Crohn did not provide any substantive reason for dissenting from the law governing any of the matters addressed in the court's order of September 23."
