Software development giant Oracle has again sued crypto startup Crypto Oracle LLC and its owners, claiming they infringed its trademarks and ignored previous legal agreements.
On Nov. 25, Oracle sued Crypto Oracle and its owner, Louis Kerner, in federal court in California, alleging that they had "again infringed Oracle's trademark rights" and "grossly and flagrantly violated" the settlement agreement.
