纳斯达克上市公司嘉楠科技（Canaan Inc.）宣布已完成此前披露的A-1轮优先股融资，规模为3000万美元。嘉楠科技曾于2024年11月19日与一家机构投资者签订证券购买协议同意向其发行和出售30,000股A-1系列可转换优先股，每股价格为1,000.00美元，据悉新资金拟用于支持北美数字挖矿和设备的开发。
