2024年4月10日，商务部贸易救济局主要负责人在布鲁塞尔会见欧委会贸易防御司司长马丁·卢卡斯，第一时间就欧盟对中国风力涡轮机供应商发起补贴调查以及再次发布关于中国经济存在“严重扭曲”的报告等问题进行严正交涉。中方指出，中方对此表示强烈不满和坚决反对，敦促欧方立即停止和纠正错误做法。
