港交所行政总裁陈翊庭：A股上市公司赴港上市可快速审批

11月26日讯，香港交易所于上海举办第二届HKEX中国论，香港交易所集团行政总裁陈翊庭表示，对于已经在A股上市的企业，如果符合一定的条件，在香港交易所申请上市时可以进入快速审批流程。今年10月18号，香港交易所与香港证监会共同宣布进一步优化上市申请审批流程时间表，让上市审批的流程更加清晰和确定。
