According to a regulatory filing dated November 25, asset manager Hashdex has submitted a second application for a revised cryptocurrency ETF, with the aim of creating a one-stop cryptocurrency portfolio.
The revised filings indicate that the crypto index ETF's filings with the US SEC continue to progress. Hashdex filed its first revised S-1 in October after the SEC asked for more time to make a decision on whether to authorize the ETF to trade.
The document claims that the Hashdex Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF will initially include bitcoin and ethereum, but may eventually expand to include other digital currencies.
