ZKsync posted on the X platform that the latest governance proposal proposes to reduce on-chain execution latency from 21 hours to 3 hours. This reduction in latency will greatly improve the user experience (including CEX withdrawal time) and the operational efficiency of builders and enterprises. In addition, three hours is enough for the ZKsync Security Committee to monitor and respond to anomalies in place of Matter Labs.
