MicroStategy：仍有128亿美元的股票供发售

根据MicroStrategy提供给美国SEC的8-K文件，MicroStrategy在10月30日和TD Securities、Barclays Capital等经纪商达成210亿美元的市价股票发行(ATM Equity Offerings)协议。根据股票售卖协议，MicroStrategy在11月11日-17日完成46亿美元的股票发售，同时用这46亿美元买入了51780枚BTC，11月18-24日完成24.6亿美元的股票发售，这24.6亿美元加上11月21日完成的30亿美元可转债共约54亿美元买入了55500枚BTC。MicroStrategy还表示，截止11月24日仍有128亿美元的股票可供发售。
