俄罗斯央行宣布第一副行长 Olga Skorobogatova 将于 12 月 2 日离职。她曾在私营部门工作，直到 2014 年加入央行。Skorobogatova 负责监督国家支付系统、IT 和金融技术，包括数字卢布央行数字货币（CBDC）。她的职位将由央行 IT 总监 Zulfiya Kakhrumanova 接替。第一副行长 Dmitry Tulin 将负责监督国家支付系统。
数字卢布计划于 2025 年 7 月开始大规模推出，届时大型银行将有义务支持 CBDC。第二批银行原本计划在 2024 年 1 月加入该计划，但到 10 月还未实现。
