当地时间11月22日，美国纽约一名法官当日批准当选总统特朗普撤销其“封口费”刑事案件的请求，设定12月2日为特朗普提交撤销动议的最后期限，并要求检察官在12月9日之前作出回应。据悉，特朗普“封口费”案的判刑日期原定于11月26日。曼哈顿地区检察官布拉格于本周早些时候要求纽约州最高法院法官胡安·默坎考虑推迟该案的所有诉讼程序，直至特朗普的总统任期结束。特朗普的律师认为，此案将对特朗普的执政能力造成所谓的“违宪障碍”，因此必须撤销。（央视新闻）
