4月10日讯，中国人民银行有关负责人就《关于进一步强化金融支持绿色低碳发展的指导意见》答记者问：推进碳排放权交易市场建设，研究丰富与碳排放权挂钩的金融产品及交易方式，逐步扩大适合我国碳市场发展的交易主体范围。
