The sub-linear staking contract allows whitelisted users (specified through the ERC1155 set) to pledge N tokens, and each slot can receive a token return of 0.75 to the power of N. The contract has a fundedUntil mechanism to ensure that when funds are exhausted, the pledger can receive all rewards up to the fundedUntil timestamp, avoiding a partial reserve state.
