According to Lookonchain, a whale address accumulated 398,889 ETH (worth $2.40 million at the time) between January 18 and March 10, 2016, with an average price of just $6. After more than 8 years of dormancy, the whale address was reactivated and went on sale on November 7. So far, 73,356 ETH (about $224 million) have been sold, leaving 325,533 ETH (about $1.10 billion).
