11月21日讯，有市场消息称，意法半导体（ST）宣布与中国晶圆代工厂华虹半导体合作的新计划，将与华虹合作在中国生产40nm节点的微控制器单元（MCU）。记者向华虹公司求证上述合作信息的真实性，内部人士承认，有相关的合作，但是目前没有更多可以官方披露的信息。
