11月21日消息，比特币基础设施技术提供商Blockstream宣布成立资产管理部门，并任命前对冲基金专家Sean Bill为首席投资官。该部门将开发两款主要产品：比特币收益基金和美元收益基金，前者类似比特币货币市场基金，后者通过比特币抵押贷款为投资者创造收益。
