Taiwanese prosecutors have sued ACE Exchange founder David Pan and six other suspects, accusing them of money laundering and fraud involving assets worth at least $10.7 million. The prosecution stated on Monday that ACE Exchange is suspected of establishing an offshore entity and providing the so-called "Alfred Wallet" service to attract investors to deposit stablecoins into the so-called wallet. The statement states that victims realize they have been deceived when they are unable to extract assets from their wallets.
